Contents of the report:
The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 5 December 2018 Mr Dawid Jakubowicz – Member of the Supervisory Board, delegated to perform the function of the President of the Management Board of CIECH S.A., submitted his resignation from the office in the Supervisory Board, with immediate effect.
Mr Dawid Jakubowicz did not provide any reasons for his resignation.
Legal basis: § 5 pt. 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
