Subject: Correction of the Extended Consolidated Quarterly Report of the CIECH Group for the I quarter of 2019 

Contents of the Report:

The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company" or "Issuer") in reference to Current Report No. 27/2019 dated 25 July 2019, in which it informed about correction of the Annual Report of CIECH SA. for 2018 and Consolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018, provides an information on the adjustment of the Extended Consolidated Quarterly Report of the CIECH Group for the I quarter of 2019 (“Quarterly Report”).

The correction of the Quarterly Report is a consequence of the changes introduced in the Consolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018. The scope of the adjustments the Quarterly Report is described in the attachment to this report.

The company will submit the adjusted Quarterly Report.

Legal basis: § 15 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”).
