Report:

The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 20 May 2020 the Company learnt that resignation was submitted from the serving of the function of a member of the Supervisory Board by Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczak. Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczak was the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczak did not provide the reasons for his resignation.

Legal basis: § 5 pt. 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
