The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 16 march 2021 the Company learnt that resignation was submitted from the serving of the function of a member of the Supervisory Board by Mr. Piotr Augustyniak. Mr. Piotr Augustyniak was the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Company. Mr. Piotr Augustyniak did not provide the reasons for his resignation.
Legal basis: § 5 pt. 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
