The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (the “Issuer" or “Company”) herewith informs about the change of the date for publication of the separate annual report for 2020 and the consolidated annual report for 2020, which, according to the information in Current Report No. 2/2021 of 21 January 2021, was scheduled for 12 April 2021.
The new date for the publication of the separate annual report for 2020 and the consolidated annual report for 2020 has been scheduled for 22 April 2021.
Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
