The Management Board of CIECH Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) herewith informs that on 2 June 2021 it adopted a resolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting of the Company, convened for 22 June 2021, to set the dividend record date for 30 June 2021. The Management Board changed its recommendation of 18 May 2021, in which it recommended to the Annual General Meeting of the Company to set the dividend record date for 24 June 2021. The Company advised on the recommendation regarding the determination of the dividend record date for 24 June 2021 in its Current Report No. 15/2021 on 18 May 2021.
The other recommendations of the Management Board of the Company as to the allocation of the profit for 2020 and the payment of dividends, included in Report No. 15/2021 of 18 May 2021, remain unchanged.
