The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby informs that today it has received the decision of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, regarding registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of CIECH S.A. made by virtue of Resolutions No. 20/2021 and 23/2021 of the Annual General Meeting of CIECH S.A. of 22 June 2021.
The Management Board of the Company provides a summary of the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association and the uniform text of the Company's Articles of Association.
Legal basis: § 5 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
