Text of the Report:
The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Issuer”) herewith informs that in connection with the Issuer's Extraordinary General Meeting convened on 26 October 2021, on 22 October 2021, the Issuer received a proposal of Ms Natalia Scherbakoff as a candidate for the Supervisory Board of the Issuer from one of the Issuer's shareholders - KI Chemistry S.à..r.L. (the “Proposal”).
Enclosed to this Report, the Issuer provides the Proposal, along with the information on the qualifications of Ms Natalia Scherbakoff and her consent to run for the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
Legal basis: § 19 section 1 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
