Text of the report:
The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Company”), submits, as attached hereto, the updated “Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board of CIECH S.A. for financial year 2021” (the “Report”), which is to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 28 April 2022. The update of the Report relates only to the introduction of the information on the assessment of the proposal of the Management Board of the Company regarding the distribution of the net profit of the Company for financial year 2021.
The original “Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board of CIECH S.A. for financial year 2021” was made public by the Company in its Current Report No. 7/2022 of 1 April 2022.
The Management Board of the Company advised on the assessment of the Supervisory Board of the proposal of the Management Board of CIECH S.A. regarding the distribution of the net profit of CIECH S.A. for financial year 2021 in its Current Report No. 10/2022 of 12 April 2022.
The Management Board of the Company informed about the convening of the Annual General Meeting in its Current Report No. 6/2022 of 1 April 2022.
Legal basis: § 19 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
