Text of the report:

The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Issuer”, “Company”), herewith informs that on 24 April 2022, the Ordinary Meeting of the Company adopted resolutions on the appointment, for a new, five-year term of office, the following members of the Supervisory Board: 

1. Mr. Sebastian Kulczyk;
2. Mr. Marek Kośnik;
3. Mr. Łukasz Rędziniak;
4. Mrs. Natalia Scherbakoff; 
5. Mr. Martin Laudenbach;
6. Mr. Artur Olech.

The Issuer's Management Board provides information on the appointed members of the Issuer's Supervisory Board as attached.

Legal basis: § 5 pt. 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
