The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (the “Issuer” or “Company”) herewith informs about the change of the date for publication of the consolidated report for the first quarter of 2022, extended by the abbreviated separate statement, which, according to the information in Current Report No. 1/2022 of 26 January 2022, was scheduled for 19 May 2022.

The new date for the publication of the consolidated report for the first quarter of 2022, extended by the abbreviated separate statement has been scheduled for 18 May 2022.

Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
