The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Issuer”) informs that on 18 May 2022 with an effect since June, 1st 2022, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer appointed Mr. Kamil Majczak as a Member of the Management Board of the Issuer. 

Education: Master of Philosophy in Economics at the University of Cambridge and Bachelors degree in Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics 

Mr. Kamil Majczak started his career in strategy consulting at the PwC headquarters in London where he worked from 2012 to 2014. Between 2014 and 2018 he worked for Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he served Corporate and Private Equity clients from its Warsaw and Melbourne offices. From 2018 to 2021, was formally employed in Kulczyk Investments. From January 2019 he has held the position of Director of Strategy at CIECH S.A., where he has been responsible for formulating and operationalizing Group Strategy. While at CIECH, he has also held the position of the Chief Executive Officer of CIECH Resins business (2020-2021) and since 2021 holds a position of a Management Board Member of CIECH Ventures.

Mr. Kamil Majczak is not a partner in any competitive civil or general partnership and shareholder of any competitive capital company, is not an officer of any other competitive company or competitive legal entity, nor conducts any other activity competitive to the Issuer's business outside the Issuer's business. Mr. Kamil Majczak conducts his business activity outside the Issuer/s business as a sole entrepreneur (Management and Advisory Services Kamil Majczak) and is a member of the Supervisory Board of BaseLinker Sp. z o.o.

Mr. Kamil Majczak is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Legal basis: § 5 pt. 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
