Subject: Decision of the Management Board of CIECH S.A. on the intention to pay an advance payment for dividend for the year 2022.

Text of the report: 

The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) informs that it has decided on the intention to pay an advance payment for the dividend for the year 2022 in accordance with Article 349 § 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies, which will be shown in the condensed separate financial statements of CIECH S.A. for the period from January 1st, 2022 to September 30th, 2022 audited by an independent auditor. The Management Board intention is for the advance payment for the dividend for the year 2022 to amount to in total PLN 79.049.863,50 (say: seventy-nine million forty-nine thousand eight hundred sixty-three zlotys fifty groszes), which means that the amount per share is PLN 1,50 (say: one zloty fifty groszes). The amount of the advance payment to be paid, the date according to which those entitled to the advance payment will be determined and the date of payment shall be indicated after and on the basis of the statements referred to in the previous sentence, audited by an independent auditor selected by the Company's Supervisory Board.
