The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on January 31, 2023 Mr. Mirosław Skowron – a Member of the Management Board of CIECH S.A. submitted his resignation from the function of the Management Board of the Company with immediate effect, without giving reasons for the resignation.

Legal basis: § 5 pt. 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
